Halloween Costume Guidelines

Attea

 

+ Costumes must be appropriate for school. Any dress that is provocative, excessively violent or incendiary in nature is not allowed.


+ Masks may not be worn.


+Props are NOT allowed


+Any and all face/body make-up along with hair coloring must be done at home, i.e. prior to coming to school.


+Students may not bring hair coloring or make up to school with them!

Springman

 

+ Costumes must be appropriate for school and follow all dress code guidelines.  The costume must also cover the student appropriately - no revealing dress, short shorts or skirts, exposed torsos or chests.  Any dress that is provocative or incendiary in nature is not allowed.

 

+ Masks that are removable may be worn.  Staff members may require any student to remove the mask during the day so as not to interfere with instruction or student safety.

 

+ Props are allowed as long as they will not distract from the educational environment and can be safely tucked away while in class.  Toy guns or other weapon-like toys are not allowed.

 

+ Any and all face/body make-up along with hair coloring must be done at home, i.e. prior to coming to school.

Costumes cannot display any alcohol, drug or cigarette logos or references.
